I know the rest of the world has been using oil as a facial moisturizer for a bajillion years, but I was still wary. Turns out, the rest of the world had the right idea. I was definitely expecting something, well, oilier when I opened my first “daily dose,” but this isn’t greasy at all. I was also worried it would be overkill when layered on top of my serum and cream, but it left my skin feeling nourished, not oversaturated. When I started testing it over the summer, I found it was the perfect next-day antidote when I was less than perfect with my sunscreen reapplication, but I think I’ll love it even more during the winter, when my skin will desperately need the replenishment it’s packing. —K.F.
