Adele forced to wear trainers and a cap during Munich concert
Adele recently revealed that she has been suffering from a severe ear infection that has left her partially deaf in one ear.
The singer, who is currently performing a series of shows in Las Vegas, told fans that the condition has been an extremely painful ordeal.
The Easy On Me songwriter attributed her infection to rare waterborne bacteria and said it started during her ten-day residency in Munich in August.
Adele opened up about the extent of her struggle during her Friday night performance at Caesars Palace.
She explained that the infection has not only caused extreme discomfort but also led to temporary hearing loss in her left ear.

She told fans: "I’ve never had [an ear infection] before. It’s the most painful thing that’s ever, ever happened to me.
"It was worse than childbirth. It’s very hard to treat.
"I was on the wrong antibiotics for a few days and they managed to give me one that started to work."
Although she’s now pain-free, Adele admitted that the experience was so unbearable she "wanted to chop [her] ear off a few times".

Despite the setback, Adele is carrying on with her Las Vegas residency.
The singer recently gave fans a rare glimpse into her personal life, confirming that she is engaged to her partner, sports agent Rich Paul.
However, while performing in Vegas, she told concert attendees that while the couple has wedding plans, she intends to keep the date under wraps.
She jokingly referred to herself as "the queen of flying under the radar" while referencing her future marriage.
