Amanda Holden and Jason King, aka JK, were left in tears during Wednesday's Heart Breakfast Show after hearing emotional messages for their young guest Harry.
Yesterday, the presenters introduced listeners to the nine-year-old, whose life was turned upside down last year when a large tumour was found in the back of his brain.
Doctors also discovered that it had spread down his spinal cord, leading to extensive treatment including chemotherapy.
After over a year of bravely battling cancer, the station's team treated Harry and his brother Reece to gifts at the Lego store, and today surprised him even further in the studio.
To show Harry how much he was loved, the pair played out messages from many of his friends and teachers at his school, and things soon turned emotional.
During the segment, one of his friends said: "I was just shocked to hear the news, and just... why does it have to happen to him?
"Brain tumours don't happen that often, but they have to happen to him. Harry, I can't wait to play with you soon."
One of his teachers went on to call him "an absolute star", while another wished him "the best Christmas ever".

"Oh wow, we are all crying here, every single person in the studio," Amanda shared.
"What an incredible bunch of friends and teachers you have, what a lucky boy."
JK added: "It is so nice to see your response to that when all your friends were saying 'Hi' and you smiled.
"And [I'm] also a bit emotional because you love them so much and they love you, they really do."
Sharing his next surprise, Amanda went on to tell Harry that his friends and teachers had kindly organised him a VIP Harry Potter tour.
Additionally, the brave young boy received a phone call from Santa, who invited him and his brother to Lapland.
Listeners have since reacted to the emotional video, shared on the station's official Instagram page.
One wrote: "I was listening this morning and cried as well. Wonderful family. Speedy recovery."
A second commented: "Have the best Christmas wee man! You’re a soldier."
"You lot had us all crying in the car on the school run this morning," a third added.
