Andy Cohen and Carole Radizwill ‘Reconnected Recently’ After Real Housewives ‘Disagreements’

Friends, our long national nightmare is over. That’s right. Real Housewives of New York alum Carole Radziwill and Bravo icon Andy Cohen have made peace. I never even dreamed this day was possible! However, it was a long and difficult road to get there.

As you may recall, Carole and Andy knew each other before she ever joined RHONY. However, at the show’s Season 10 reunion, Carole’s friendship with Bethenny Frankel went up in flames. So, when Carole thought that Andy sided with Bethenny during the reunion, she was furious. “You’re so full of sh*t, Andy,” she told him. Then she exited, stage left.

Later on, she went on to claim that her friendship with Andy was “exaggerated.” She stated, “We have mutual friends, so I would see him, you know, at New York at dinners and stuff, but we were never like close.” Even Andy admitted that they were friends.

Most recently, an anonymous housewife insulted Andy in a New York Magazine article. Right away, Andy insisted that it was Carole, and he was correct. Of course, she fired back. “It’s just classic bully tactic. Imagine outing a woman for whatever reason chooses to remain anonymous,” she said. “He’s absurd & should apologize immediately. But I’m not holding my breath [sic].”

Well, now the frenemies have mended their relationship. During Bravo Fan Fest in Miami, Andy shared that he and Carole were no longer at odds. “Carole and I reconnected recently, actually. It feels great.” Andy told PEOPLE. “Carole and I knew each other for years before she was ever on the Housewives – for many years. I think I’ve known her more outside of the Housewives than I have in the Housewives. So it was definitely good to reconnect.”

While Andy didn’t elaborate on their reunion, Carole did share some tea. “We both came to understand that our disagreements had everything to do with the high-pressure nature of the show,” Carole stated, “and very little to do with our friendship, which proceeded it. Andy and I are very much on the same page now, and I’m happy about that.” So, do you think Bethenny’s name was mentioned at all?
