Ariana Grande is gearing up for the release of her latest musical fantasy film, “Wicked,” in which she stars alongside Cynthia Erivo. The singer-actor recently attended a special cast and filmmakers screening of the movie presented by David Stone, Marc Platt, and Universal Pictures. For the occasion, Grande opted for a dreamy Versace fit that seemed straight out of a fairytale.

Ariana Grande wears a white Versace ensemble for a special ‘Wicked’ screening

Styled by Mimi Cuttrell, Ariana Grande looked stunning in a Versace outfit at the special screening of “Wicked” in New York City. The stylist joined hands with the pop singer to curate many of her show-stealing looks. The creamy white ensemble for Grande’s latest outing included a collared and sleeveless blazer. The tailored piece was adorned with statement buttons and featured an asymmetrical hem.

The 31-year-old paired the corset-like bodice with a flowy knee-length skirt. Grande continued to enhance the ensemble with white gloves. The actor also opted for Swarovski earrings for some bling. Meanwhile, Grande’s caramel-blonde hair was pulled back in her signature ponytail. She completed the look with a white purse and pointed-toe pumps.

Following Grande’s attendance at the event, Cuttrell revealed the singer’s Versace ensemble on Instagram. As expected, several social media users gushed over the dreamy look in the comments section, who opined that Grande’s look is “absolute perfection,” “godly,” and “SO Glinda coded.” One follower also appreciatively wrote, “Ariana is giving classy & professional vibes. my girl has been stepping her game up with her looks & styles.”

The anticipation is high for the film adaptation as the release date is now less than a month away. “Wicked” will hit theaters on November 22. The musical serves as “The Wizard of Oz” prequel and is based on Gregory Maguire’s 1995 novel “Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West.” The story first debuted on Broadway in 2003.
