Poor Cat Deeley landed on her bottom when a This Morning segment went badly wrong.
The beloved presenter fell backwards and hit the deck in the ITV studio on Tuesday (November 5) after while trying to attempt a popular TikTok trend with co-host Ben Shephard. Cat was trying to mimic a lift seen on Strictly and Dancing with the Stars.
The move, which American footballer Danny Amendola pulled off on the US talent show, sees the dancer pull herself off of the floor using core strength and a hand from her partner. Cat and Ben weren't afraid to try the move, but unfortunately it didn't go to plan.

Admitting they'd tried the move more than once, Ben explained: "This was our, I don't know, 78th attempt. We got a little stuck, then... No Cats were hurt in the making of that film."
Ben added: "There were a few other outtakes that will probably stay on the internet, it'll be safer. But it's OK, we're alright." Suggesting there had been some other blunders, Cat quipped: "I don't know about other, regions..."
