Danny Cipriani ‘splits’ from actress girlfriend AnnaLynne McCord after nine months together

Danny Cipriani and AnnaLynne McCord have called time on their romance after nine months, according to reports.

The former English rugby union player, 37, began dating American actress AnnaLynne, also 37, after splitting from his wife, Victoria Rose O’Callaghan, in November 2023.

However, it’s believed several fallouts led to the end of Danny and AnnyLynne’s relationship.

They have also unfollowed one another on Instagram.

A source seemingly confirmed to MailOnline that Danny and AnnyLyne have ‘decided to part ways.’

‘They have known each other for years after meeting on celebrity dating app Raya, but being in an official relationship hasn’t worked out for them,’ they said.

‘Danny was spending the majority of his time in America to be with AnnaLynne, but since their split, he has been at home, which is the biggest sign they’re over for good.

‘Their romance was very turbulent; Danny is going through a very difficult divorce and wasn’t able to give AnnaLynne everything she needed.’

‘Being in another serious relationship wasn’t something he wanted so soon after his separation from Victoria,’ added the insider.

Danny first confirmed his romance with AnnaLyne last April as he posted a series of holiday photos to his 200,000+ followers.

His caption read: ‘My Miracle… Loving you is the easiest thing in the world ❤️🥰🌟✨😍’

In the comments, AnnaLyne reciprocated the love, writing: ‘Heyyyy!! That’s my line!!! :) I can’t believe… it’s YOU. Thank you for showing up as you do in life. Thank you for choosing to walk through the fire. Of course… because you’re you, the fire was the one in fear in that dynamic.’

‘I know your story has seen you face hell on earth… but I’m here to bring a little Belinda Carlisle into your Universe,’ she added.

AnnaLynne last posted Danny on her own Instagram feed in November as he celebrated his birthday.

Alongside a photo of them kissing, she wrote: ‘I love you so much’.

AnnaLynne is famous for playing vixen-type roles, having risen to fame in 2007 as Eden Lord in Nip/Tuck. She also played Loren Wakefield in American Heiress.

Danny previously got engaged to his now ex-wife Victoria in August 2020 after just four months of dating. They married the following year.

However, their split has played out in a rather messy manner publicly. After announcing their breakup, Victoria claimed to have seen ‘messages on his phone’ from other women.

Danny, who moved to Beverly Hills in September, then accused Victoria of lying to him, telling The Sun that their marriage was built on ‘deceit’.

‘When I look back now, I realise how much she hoodwinked me. But I really wanted to believe her,’ he said.

‘I feel like I don’t know who she is. I don’t think I ever did because I have no idea what is the truth.’

Meanwhile, healthcare campaigner Victoria also claimed their split was due to Danny’s alleged drug use.

She alleged he used psychedelics so often he didn’t know ‘what is reality and what is not’.

In his Sun interview, Danny addressed the drug claims, confessing that he is no ‘angel’ and that he does smoke marijuana up to three times per month.

He also said he had recently drunk the hallucinogenic Ayahuasca, stating it helped him ‘heal’.

Reps for Danny Cipriani have been contacted for comment.
