Diddy has been accused of raping a 16-year-old babysitter back in 2000. New legal documents obtained by TMZ claim that a Jane Doe met Diddy after running into him in Manhattan. The suit claims that the disgraced mogul offered her a ride after a babysitting gig, to which she accepted, and entered the vehicle to find two unidentified men. Jane Doe claims the men didn’t drop her off at her home immediately, with Combs offering her a drink to help relax her.

Doe recalls feeling groggy after drinking the beverage, and the next thing she knew, she was being taken to an unknown location where she claims Combs sexually assaulted her. She was then taken to and left in the lobby of her apartment building. Jane Doe is looking for an unspecified amount in damages and claims that she suffered financial losses and physical and emotional injuries from the alleged attack.

According to HipHopDX, Diddy’s legal team responded to the new lawsuit in a statement, saying, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Elsewhere in the mountain of accusations surrounding Combs and his empire, Diddy’s mother was previously accused of throwing and hosting sex parties when the mogul was a child. In a trailer for Peacock’s Diddy: Making of a Bad Boy documentary, Sean Combs’ childhood friend Tim “Dawg” Patterson alleged that Janice Combs used to frequently host sex parties.

Rolling Stone reports that Patterson recalled how Janice’s actions could’ve played a role in Combs’ alleged crimes. The childhood friend opined that Sean’s alleged reprehensible actions could also be linked to his youth. “That’s what we were privy to; this is what we were fed,” Dawg said. “Was it desensitizing us? I’m sure it was. Were we aware of it? No, that was just Saturday night… I’ve always been asked the question why. I don’t know the answer to why, but I truly believe it all goes back to childhood.”

“On the weekend, [Combs] partied in the house, and we did that a lot,” he added. “He was around all types of alcohol; he was around reefer smoke. Drug addicts around, lesbians around, homosexuals, he was around pimps, pushers. That was just who was in our house. People that attended the parties were from Harlem, from the streets. It wouldn’t be a thing to mistakenly walk into one of the bedrooms and you got a couple in there, butt naked.”

Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy will debut on Peacock on Jan. 14.
