The alleged assault happened across the street from the woman's college campus in Brooklyn, New York in 2004, according to court docs seen by In Touch.

The student-  identified only as "Jane Doe" - and her friend were invited to a Diddy photoshoot, the filing states.

The two pals were later invited to an afterparty by Diddy's business associates, according to the lawsuit.

Jane claims they were then invited to a more at the Marriott hotel by a member of Combs’ entourage.

The student claimed that they arrived at the hotel to find a dozen people having drinks before they were grabbed and locked into a room.

Jane claims that a security guard told her "You know what you are here for."

According to the filing, Diddy offered both of them drinks and drugs before "eventually began forcibly touch them without consent."

The lawsuit alleges, Diddy ordered her pal to perform oral sex and threatened to kill them if she didn't comply.

He later switched to Jane and forced her to remove her clothes she was begging him to stop, the court docs claim.

While her friend managed to escape when a security guard heard the womens' screams and went to check if everything was alright, the student was not able to leave the room, the suit claims.

Shortly afterwards Diddy exited the room but the accuser alleges she was forced to stay alone locked in the dark room otherwise "she would be killed."

She was told she was free to leave about half an hour later.

The Sun has contacted Diddy's spokesperson for a comment.

A rep for Diddy told In Touch: "Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process.

"In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman."

Combs is currently being held in a Brooklyn jail cell as he faces criminal charges for sex trafficking and racketeering.

Attorney Tony Buzbee has said he is representing over 100 accusers in a series of civil claims he is in the process of filing against the mogul, who continues to deny all charges against him.

The claim follows seven new abuse allegations made by four men and three women led by Buzbee.

Another lawsuit alleges Combs drugged a personal trainer before passing him around to his celebrity friends.

The filing claims the rapper and several others allegedly sexually assaulted the man repeatedly and left him feeling like a "party favor," according to the court docs.

The rapper has also been accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old aspiring musician after telling him he would make him a star, another lawsuit alleges.

Another of the cases accuses Combs of raping a 13-year-old girl.

The alleged victim claims she was attacked after having one drink that again left her feeling "woozy and lightheaded" at the house party in September 2000.

The now 37-year-old woman alleges she was raped by Diddy while the male and female celebrities watched.

Diddy's downfall

By Forest McFarland, Senior News Reporter

BEFORE Sean "Diddy" Combs' arrest on Monday night, it had been highly speculated that the rap star would find himself in custody after he was repeatedly hit with disturbing accusations - and had two of his mansions raided by the feds.

His mounting legal troubles finally came to a head on September 17, when he was charged with three federal counts, including sex trafficking, for allegedly forcing victims to take part in drug-fueled sex parties he called "Freak Offs."

Hours before his arrest, The U.S. Sun exclusively revealed the feds investigating Diddy were secretly liaising with Tupac Shakur murder prosecutors on gangland activities.

The development also came after Diddy was named 77 times in documents submitted by prosecutors in the Tupac murder case.

Aside from the Tupac probe, Diddy was already facing a slew of lawsuits, including one he settled with his ex, Cassie Ventura, after she accused him of rape and abuse.

Disturbing hotel surveillance video from 2016 showed Diddy chasing Cassie down and then punching, kicking, and beating her in a hallway.

Two months earlier, in March 2024, two of Diddy's mansions were raided by federal investigators, who seized three AR-15s, drugs, and 1,000 bottles of lube which were part of his "Freak Off" supplies.

In addition to his federal criminal charges, Diddy also faces a handful of lawsuits with allegations of sexual assault, harassment, and sex trafficking dating back to the early 1990s.

Music producer Rodney 'Lil Rod' Jones filed one suit in February 2024, claiming Diddy forced him to hire sex workers and participate in sex acts while he worked on his latest album.

Diddy has denied any wrongdoing and pleaded not guilty to the federal sex trafficking charges against him, but his battle is far from over.

He faces life in prison if he's convicted on all counts.

Another of the fresh claims in the lawsuit alleges that Diddy laced baby oil used at his so-called freak-off parties with a date rape drug.

The suit claims Diddy was known for dosing his guests with the date-rape drug GHB, mixing it in drinks and body oils, the New York Daily News reported.

It comes after a former insider claimed Combs allegedly demanded staff members carry around pink cocaine.

Diddy's trial date for the criminal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering has been set for May 5 2025.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, with his lawyers Erica Wolff saying the claims are "false and defamatory."
