Mark Wright, the former chief operating officer at FatFace, has been named interim chief executive at premium maternity and childrenswear brand JoJo Maman Bébé.
JoJo Maman Bébé appointed Wright in the interim role following the departure of CEO Gwynn Milligan, who joined the brand as commercial director in 2017, before being made CEO in April 2022.
Wright left FatFace earlier in the year and it is understood he will start the new role at JoJo Maman Bébé later this month.
JoJo Maman Bébé was founded in 1993 by Laura Tenison, who ran the business before stepping down in 2022. In April 2022 the business was bought by Next, which acquired 44% of the brand's shares, with the other 56% acquired by investment companies managed or advised by hedge fund Davidson Kempner.
In August 2023, JoJo Maman Bébé reported a loss before tax of £672,350 for the seven months to 31 January 2023.
