From Favourite Castmate To Her Favourite Word, "Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills" Star Erika Jayne Told Us All Her Favourite Things Of 2024

I've met a lot of Bravo Housewives in my lifetime. And when people learn this, they always ask me the same thing: "Who was your favourite to interview?"

Although I only talked to the Beverly Hills housewife super briefly at last year's BravoCon, her answer to the Q "What did you want to be when you grew up?" (Playboy Bunny and truck driver) HAS STOOD OUT TO ME AS ONE OF THE FUNNIEST THINGS I'VE EVER HEARD. Like, I'm sorry...genius!

Love her or hate her, you can't deny that she is in fact, a star. And her tenure on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is one for the Bravo history books. TOM'S HOUSE WAS BROKEN INTO!! LIKE HELLO! ERIKA JAYNE 🫵🫵 YOU WILL ALWAYS BE FAMOUS!

This is all to say, I was thrilled to reunite with this controversial diva once again to learn about all the things she loved in 2024. Without further ado, I present to you:

Favourite word:

EJ: The word "fuck." 

Favourite concert:

EJ: Oh, the Madonna concert. I mean, yeah...come on. I grew up in the '80s. So it's always been Madonna. I saw "The Virgin Tour," her very first show. So it's always gonna be Madonna for me. 

Favourite movie:

EJ: Well, I just saw Gladiator 2. But not that. Anora has one of my songs in it. So that would be my favourite this year. 

Favourite celebrity run-in:

EJ:  Funny enough, I was in an elevator with Denzel Washington. It's kind of funny, I was on my way to the dermatologist and he was on his way somewhere else and we were in the elevator alone together. I kind of fangirled. He was very gracious and kind — it felt very special to me.

Favourite cocktail:

EJ: I drink a lot of Old Fashioneds lately. I always have to remind the bartender not too sweet. 

Favourite celebrity crush:

EJ: Idris Elba.

Favourite time of day:

EJ: I love the early mornings. I like to watch the sunrise truthfully. 

IT: What's your wake-up time? 

Favourite way to waste time:

EJ: Scrolling on TikTok. [My FYP] is a mess. There's a lot of perfume, beauty products, a lot of working out, a lot of psychology. And really nobody that I know. So I kind of feel good about that. 

Favourite fictional character you related to:

EJ: Catwoman. She was like a disheveled, sort of quiet, meek soul. And then she became this real badass in a really cool outfit. 

Favourite fan interaction:

EJ: You know, I have to say this — I really enjoy it when people come up to me and say, "Hey, I watched the show and I just want to tell you: I'm really happy the way you built yourself up from everything you've been going through for the last few years. It's really nice to watch you be healthy and be at peace and feel good." That's my favourite fan interaction.

Favourite snack:

EJ: Well currently it's the Hailey Bieber Erewhon Smoothie. I know that sounds crazy, but I've been eating it like 10 days in a row. I guess I've given Erewhon a lot of money. 

Favourite moment you were being dramatic:

EJ: I mean, like 10 times a day. 

Favourite song to perform live:

EJ: "XXpen$ive." It's just fun and everyone can relate to it. 

Favourite advice someone gave you:

EJ: Don't stop. You can do anything, but you cannot quit. 

Favourite cast mate:

EJ: Myself.
