MasterChef star Gregg Wallace said 'mistakes are never the end of your journey' in a new post shared on his health website.
Presenter Gregg had stepped back from the hit BBC One cooking show while production company Banijay UK investigated claims of alleged misconduct. The move followed alleged sexual misconduct allegations from 13 women over 17 years, including Kirsty Wark And Ulrika Jonsson.
The former BBC presenter, who fronted the show since 2005, was accused of making ‘inappropriate sexual jokes’, asking for the number of female production team members and getting undressed ‘too close’ women on the show, as well as being accused of 'groping' three women in separate incidents. His representatives have issued a statement saying ‘it is entirely false that he engages in behaviour of a sexually harassing nature’.
Amid the controversy, he focused all his energy on his health blog and website. He originally launched the fitness site, GreggWallace.health, in 2020 when he dropped five stone 'without going on a diet'. According to the website, it offers 'sustainable lifestyle changes'.
Gregg recently shared a motivational about 'improving our lives' as he reminded readers not to "put yourself under pressure". He introduced the post by writing: "What is perfection anyway? No such thing right? We should all of us be trying to improve our lives bit by bit. In terms of our weight and our health that’s incredibly important. But we may also want to be trying to get a little bit happier, a little bit more financially secure or perhaps just a little bit more chilled out."

Discussing how people's 'envisioning' a slimmer/better version of themselves is a 'good thing', he added: "What is important? Is that you don’t put yourself under pressure." He told readers to 'focus on the little things you can do daily'.
Gregg said to his £12-a-month members: "Just be mindful of all the decisions that we make throughout the day. Just ask yourself what you can do that will make each of these a little bit better. Can you imagine the progress you would make if you constantly did that? Don’t worry ever and I mean this about slipping up! Mistakes are never the end of your journey. See them for what they really are, they are simply slipups you are only human. If you learn a lesson from them that is a major step forward."
The controversial star added: "Be kind to yourself have the vision of the view that you were daily love to be most certainly. Just be aware that this isn’t the most important thing. The most important thing is to focus not on perfection but on progress." It comes after Gregg hit back at customers who complained about bad customer service and issues with refunds on his website.
But following a flurry of complaints from customers who were having problems with automatic subscription renewals and attempting to get refunds, a spokesperson told Metro: "The membership renewal policy is very clear and we send out reminder notices by email before any money is taken. Anyone who feels they’ve been incorrectly charged should contact us and we’ll be happy to resolve the situation."
They added: "Gregg Wallace Health has helped many people, with thousands of members now leading happier and healthier lives."
