Heather Dubrow seemingly worked overtime in gathering dirt regarding lawsuits involving Katie Ginella for the Real Housewives of Orange County season 18 reunion.

Unfortunately for Heather, the evidence she brought up – on an international television program – wasn’t the smoking gun Fancy Pants thought she had against Katie …

Disclaimer:

For the record Instagram’s @TheBravoDocket did the hard work here. They wanted you to know …

*As always, our podcast, the statements we make whether in our own media or elsewhere, and any content we post are for entertainment purposes only and do not provide legal advice. *

The findings in the road rage incident involving Katie:

@TheBravoDocket began their post, “Some thoughts on the first part of the RHOP reunion and the attacks on Katie about the ‘road rage’ lawsuits.”

“The InTouch article that broke the story is vague. After a lot of searching, we found some of the documents” from the 2015 incident.

The Bravo Docket’s research findings show Katie’s divorce wasn’t finalized and her legal address was still listed as her marital home. “It could be possible that her husband accepted service on Katie’s behalf and never told Katie about the state court lawsuit filed against her.”

“There were two lawsuits. One [was] filed against Katie in Georgia State Court. One [was] filed against Law Enforcement in Georgia Federal Court” …

1- “The Georgia State Lawsuit was a default judgement. Katie never got the chance to tell her side of the story in that lawsuit.”

2- Katie wasn’t sued in the federal lawsuit against the “Georgia law enforcement officers and the county.” Therefore, “she didn’t get the chance to tell her side of the story in the federal case either.”

Sidnei Silva (the other driver) was NOT CHARGED with false imprisonment, disorderly conduct, or reckless driving. “But, they did have probable cause to arrest Silva for obstruction due to his behavior when they arrived on scene.”

In case you’d like to read the police report from the incident from nearly a decade ago.

“Katie was never charged with anything in regard to this incident.”

Final thoughts:

The Bravo Docket’s caption stated, “It took a bit, but we found what we could from these nearly 10 year old cases. We are really hoping the RHOC reunion sticks to events that actually happened on the show for the next two episodes.”

“Also, we don’t know who dug this up.” Perhaps “someone else with a vendetta against Katie could have provided the Intel to InTouch or InTouch.” That person/persons “could have done the same research we did, we can’t say one way or the other. But, we can say from our own experience that it was NOT easy to find.”

Let’s not forget, this seems to be Heather’s retaliation for the Disneyland paparazzi rumor that Katie started. As a Fancy Pants apologist, even I have to admit feels like a rabid retaliation for paparazzi rumors.
