Details have emerged about one of the seven lawsuits filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs this week, and in the latest one, an independent music artist says she was sexually assaulted by the rapper at a party in 2022.

Jane Doe says she attended the Diddy-hosted party in December 2022 party. According to Doe, the music mogul offered her various drugs, including cocaine, pills, and marijuana, but she refused him.

She accepted a glass of wine instead, and later on, he invited her to his office.

Doe says she began to feel disoriented.

“The next thing Plaintiff (Doe) clearly remembers is waking up around 6:00 AM, confused and disoriented, in the same office where the assault took place,” the court documents read.

She claims that the assault left her with blood on her legs. She also says she suffered bruising on her lips and marks on both her arms and wrists…seemingly after being tied with rope.

“Overwhelmed with fear and panic, [she] frantically searched for her belongings, including her phone and clothes, but could not find them. Instead, she discovered a pair of pants, a shirt and slides which she quickly put on before trying to escape. [She] eventually left the residence,” the complaint reads. “As a result of this incident, [she] has suffered significant emotional distress and trauma. She continues to deal with the psychological and emotional consequences of the assault.”

Diddy is awaiting trial in a Brooklyn jail. He has been charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

He denies all allegations against him.
