Lauryn Goodman in an exclusive interview and shoot with OK!. opens up the doors to her stunning East Sussex home, which she shares with her two children, son Kairo, four, and daughter Kinara, 19 months, who she shares with her ex,former Manchester City ace Kyle Walker, 34 .
The lavish £2.4million four-bedroom property, which Lauryn’s interior designer Mel of Blyth Designs helped completely transformed from a blank canvas to a high-end luxury mansion with the addition of bespoke cabinets, media walls and panelled sections to give the home a sleek look, contains chic touches throughout.

Lauryn's eye for interiors is evident in other interesting touches throughout the home, such as floor to ceiling bespoke luxury curtains as well as the large bronze lips which serve as a book weight in her living room shelves, and pretty ornaments in neutral shades, such as a framed, 'Love' print, featuring tiny bronze castings of one of the children's hands and feet.
In the understated bathroom with marble floors and gold mirrors, there is also a his and hers sink, while downstairs a miniature pool table is no doubt a favourite of the two children. The inviting living room meanwhile, in shades of red and white, looks perfect for cosy family movie night. They also have a gorgeous outdoors space which even features a hydrapool.

“I have mum guilt, so I kind of overcompensate,” says the devoted mum, explaining how she juggles a jam-packed weekly routine of activities for the kids. “I don’t want them to feel like they’re missing out because they haven’t got a present dad to be doing these things with them.

I don’t do anything for myself. Every day of the week is taken up with an activity and, typically, always in a different direction to the other one.
She adds: "I want to give my children the best. They are both bilingual; they both speak Spanish. They do gymnastics, football, swimming, you name it, they do it. Kairo’s football is an hour away, he trains for an hour and it’s an hour back – and I do that three times a week. I do everything I can to make sure they’re given the best tools in life. And I just feel… how hard it is all the time.”

She says: “For the last year I wished to have the option to move abroad because, with all of the drama, I’d like a life reset, but I’m not sure how that looks for us at the minute or what that entails.”
