India Reynolds, fresh from her time in the Love Island All-Stars villa, has revealed just how much preparation goes into being camera-ready for the show. The reality star opened up about the treatments and routines she relied on to feel her best during her time in the spotlight.
In an exclusive interview with The Mirror following her exit from the villa, India shared her go-to beauty enhancements, including Botox, Profhilo, and lip blush. “I always have Botox, so that’s one thing,” she explained. “And I do reformer Pilates, and I’ve had Profhilo, which is a deep moisturising treatment, and I’ve also had lip blush.”
Reformer Pilates, which combines controlled movements with resistance, has become a go-to workout for many celebrities due to its ability to tone and strengthen the body. For India, it wasn’t just about aesthetics; she revealed that aswell as fitness, it improved her posture. India shared: "“It makes such a difference to your posture."

Profhilo, an injectable treatment designed to deeply hydrate the skin and boost elasticity, gave her a radiant glow during her week-long stint. Meanwhile, lip blush - a semi-permanent treatment that adds a natural tint to the lips—ensured she always looked polished, even without makeup.
India also reflected on her overall experience in the Love Island All-Stars villa, comparing it to her previous time on the show. This time, she felt a stronger connection with the group. “I actually think I preferred this one more because last time I went in right at the end,” she explained. “It’s really hard going in as a bombshell because everyone already forged relationships, so this time going in from the beginning, I feel like we all gelled as a group, and it was really nice to feel part of the villa.”
However, India’s journey on Love Island was cut short when Bombshell Tina Stinnes from Season 2 stole Scott Thomas, who India had been coupled up with. Tina’s decision left India single, ultimately sending her home from the villa. Although disappointed by her exit, India has taken the experience in stride and remained positive about her time on the show.
When asked about the future of Scott and Tina’s relationship, India responded with a balanced perspective. “I don’t know, it’s very early days for them so it’s difficult to tell,” she admitted. “I think, obviously Scott’s sober, and from what I understand, Tina likes a party, so I don’t know. But sometimes opposites attract, so we’ll have to see.”
The star has openly shared that she and Scott were friends outside the villa long before joining All Stars. When asked about their closeness, she shared: "We were in contact but not often, he lived in Manchester, I’m down south so we would see each other at events. I’ve known him before he went on Love Island and before I went on so it was a pre-show friendship.”
When asked if there was any chance of rekindling things with Scott outside the villa if things didn’t work out with Tina, India quipped: "I think Scott has well and truly friend zoned me so I don't think that will be happening.”
