ITV viewers are in for a festive delight as The Chase stars return for another Christmas special. Despite the quiz show taking a hiatus in 2023 and airing a repeat, a fresh episode is on the horizon.
This year, actor Tony Maudsley, Olympic Champion Bryony Page, comedian Kerry Godliman, and TV presenter Alexander Armstrong will challenge five of the Chasers reports the Mirror.
While fans are accustomed to seeing the quizzers in their standard outfits, such as Paul Sinha's white suit, Jenny Ryan's 60s inspired hairstyle, and Darragh Ennis' velvet paisley print jacket and bolo tie, they'll be sporting different looks for the special.
Darragh, almost baring all, embodies Cavity Sam from the popular game Operation, donning light pink briefs with dark hearts and cardboard objects scattered across his body.
From an apple near his throat to a wrenched ankle and a broken heart, The Chase star completes the look with a dark wig, a glowing red nose, and a thermometer in hand.
Shaun Wallace opts to draw inspiration from his ITV colleague and fellow Chase star Anne Hegerty, adopting her wardrobe of a grey pencil skirt, matching blazer, and white blouse. With a full face of makeup, red lipstick, and a short brown wig to mimic Anne's hair, Shaun goes all out. Finished off with pearl earrings, will Shaun channel his inner Governess during the show?
While Anne Hegerty doesn't appear to be in the line-up, Jenny Ryan is going all out, stunning in a sequinned, off-the-shoulder ballgown. Dressed as Miss Scarlett from Cluedo, The Vixen has swapped her usual black glasses for red ones to match her outfit.

Paul Sinha, inspired by another classic board game, has chosen to dress as Mr. Monopoly. Looking sharp in a white shirt, black suit and top hat, he's also adopted the character's iconic moustache.
However, the ITV star has dyed his hair, eyebrows and fake moustache grey to resemble the beloved game character. While Paul has opted for vintage elegance, it seems Mark Labbett has taken a more comedic approach.
This year, the Chase star is dressed as Veggie Potamus from Hungry Hippos. Donning a bright green onesie, the only visible part of Mark is his face, which he's painted with two large white teeth on his chin.
It appears that the theme for the Chase's Christmas special is characters from popular games/quizzes. Over the years, fans have seen the quizzers dress up as characters from The Addams Family and Alice in Wonderland.
