Jennifer Lopez may move into Ben Affleck’s new neighborhood, according to a report by TMZ.
The entertainment news site reported on January 25 that Lopez, 55, is considering purchasing a $20 million home in Brentwood, California, which is “the same L.A. neighborhood where Ben purchased his new home after they split.” According to TMZ, if Lopez goes ahead with the home purchase, she and Affleck “could be neighbors again.”
The former “American Idol” judge filed for divorce from Affleck in August after two years of marriage and a documentary chronicling their revived love story.

She “really likes” the home, but the air quality is giving her “serious concerns,” according to TMZ.
TMZ reported that Lopez has gone to the extent of getting an air quality expert to test the air around the home. Brentwood is near the location of the Pacific Palisades fire.
According to TMZ, the more than $60 million home that Affleck and Lopez bought together is still on the market.
Page Six reported that Affleck had to evacuate his mansion in Brentwood because of the wildfires. Page Six published a photo of Lopez’s possible new abode. Affleck had been living in a rental property in Brentwood but bought his own home there this fall and briefly stayed with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner and the couple’s kids during the wildfire, Page Six reported.
Despite the couple’s divorce, Lopez “has been checking in on Ben throughout this whole ordeal” and “let him know she’s there for him and the kids,” Page Six reported.
