The appearance comes after the singer was diagnosed two years ago with mouth cancer in August 2022. Since then he has rarely been seen in public.
Farnham underwent surgery to successfully remove the cancerous tumour.
Earlier this month, Farnham revealed in his new memoir The Voice Inside, an excerpt of which was featured in Good Weekend, that he was "very close to dying" during his procedure.

A year after his surgery, the Cool Change singer confirmed he was cancer free.
"I am the luckiest man I know right now. It's been a year since my first surgery and to be honest I've lost count as to how many other procedures there's been since then," he said in a statement in August 2023, addressing his cancer battle for the first time.
Farnham said he was "a very grateful and happy man".
