Kaleb Cooper, known for his role on Clarkson's Farm, has embraced a new health regimen after experiencing what he described as a message in a dream.
The 26-year-old, who works closely with Jeremy Clarkson, has already shed nearly a stone since adopting his sugar-free lifestyle.
His new focus on health comes just one week after his boss, former Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson, 64, revealed he narrowly escaped death following a health crisis.
Clarkson's brush with mortality has led to significant lifestyle changes for the TV star, including adjustments to his diet and daily routine. Unlike Clarkson, however, Kaleb's decision to change his diet wasn't driven by health concerns.
Instead, he shared with The Sun that a vivid dream prompted him to cut sugar from his life. He explained: “I’m on a no-sugar thing, and it’s all because I had this dream. I did and didn’t understand the dream, but I knew I had to quit sugar.”

Despite initial scepticism from his partner Taya, who doubted he could stick to the plan, Kaleb has successfully lost six kilos and remains committed to the diet, with only the occasional "cheat day" and relying solely on naturally occurring sugars.
Kaleb's journey coincides with Clarkson's own health struggles, which began during a holiday swim in the Indian Ocean. Upon returning to the UK, Clarkson experienced worsening symptoms, including clamminess, chest tightness, and a tingling sensation in his left arm.
This prompted him to seek medical attention, where he underwent tests including an ECG, X-rays, and blood tests. Although a heart attack was ruled out, Clarkson faced life-saving treatment and a stern warning from doctors to overhaul his lifestyle.
In a candid account published in The Sun, Clarkson reflected on his experience, sharing: “What is scary though is what came afterwards. The advice on how I must live my life from now on. Literally, I am not allowed to have fun any more. I must live in a Liberal-Democrat, holier-than-thou fog of weeds, seeds and yoga. This is terrifying.”

Now committed to a healthier way of living, the TV star admits he’s reluctant about the changes but acknowledges the need to adapt. He went on: “If I go to a party, I must stand in a corner, nursing some refreshing elderflower juice, before going home at about 9.30. That’s terrifying too.”
Reflecting on his previous habits, Clarkson confessed to smoking since the age of 14, at one point consuming sixty Marlboro Reds a day, and being a “big-time” drinker.
“I always knew this lifestyle wasn’t going to cause me to live to 112, and I didn’t really care,” he wrote. “Because why deny yourself all that fun in your thirties and forties and even fifties just so you can have as long as possible with a grey face and a tube up your nose in an old people’s home?
"Here’s the thing, though. I’m now 64 and last week, when the Grim Reaper poked his nose round the door, I decided that actually, I quite fancied living a little bit longer.”
