Katie Price has posted a new photo with her "son" after welcoming twins earlier this week before she is set to feature in an upcoming Channel 4 documentary about her IVF journey.
The former glamour model, 46, left her fans confused when she uploaded an image showing two newborn babies on Tuesday. The photo showed one baby dressed in pink and the other in grey, but she didn't reveal their identities.
But last night, Katie shared another image on her Instagram stories, which she captioned: "Evening cuddles with my boy." In the photo, Katie is wearing a black jumper and has her hair tied up as she holds the baby in her arms. The little boy is wearing a blue outfit paired with a beanie hat.

Instagram)It is believed the latest images have been shared as the mum is set to feature in a new documentary. With Katie's hand tenderly placed upon the twins on her previous post, there has been a lot of speculation over who these infants could be, especially since they are not related to her sister Sophie, who is expecting a single baby girl.
Users on social media also expressed their confusion at the snap. One Facebook user incorrectly claimed: "She's expecting one girl." Another posted: "She's being trusted with someone else babies?" A further user wrote: "These are dolls."
Katie, who has not been shy about her desire to have another child, once confidently asserted: "It's going to happen one way or another." It's already been a long journey for Katie, who went through a fertility battle supported by her then boyfriend Carl Woods before their split at the end of 2023.
Three rounds of IVF treatment were unsuccessful and Katie still dreams of a baby with her new partner, Married At First Sight UK star JJ Slater. While she remains determined to expand her family, Katie's past attempts and the emotional rollercoaster of trying to have another child with Carl is set to be revealed on television screens next year. A bombshell documentary titled 'Katie Price: Making Babies' will air on Channel 4, it has been confirmed.

Katie has already confessed that she "can't" watch it back, while Carl finds the experience so harrowing that we're informed he's quite distraught about the release and is "trying to stop" it from going ahead.
"Carl doesn't want it aired it was filmed when the pair were a couple trying for a baby," an insider shared with OK! "It would bring back hurtful memories for him and it would open up a can of worms and demons he's worked hard to get rid of. He's closed that chapter with Katie."
A few days ago, Katie was seen pushing a pram in London, sparking further speculation, until it emerged that she didn't have a baby with her. Instead, she was seen pushing her £800 Sphynx cat, Daisy – following a plea from charity PETA, who offered her £5,000 to stop buying pets after several of the animals she has owned died in her care.
Katie was seen pushing the hairless cat in a bright pink pram through London before picking up the cat to plant a kiss on it. The former model looked every inch the doting animal owner as she pushed Daisy around the streets in her PawHut pram which retails for around £52.99. But it seems she chose her outfit around the colour of the pet stroller as she rocked a bright pink jacket and a black crop-top which exposed her toned and tattooed midriff, complete with a pair of black gym leggings.
