Kerry Katona has opened up in her exclusive OK! column about her upcoming facelift. The former Atomic Kitten, who admitted she has been struggling recently following her split from fiance Ryan Mahoney, revealed that she is looking forward to a whole new look, courtesy of a procedure with her London surgeon.
"I had my lower facelift consultation last week at Pall Mall Medical, which went really well", she said enthusiastically. "I’m very excited about it and feel I’m at that age where I can get tweaks done If I want to."
She also had some stern words for anyone that might want to criticise her choice to go under the knife, saying: "I know people can be judgemental, but at the end of the day it’s my face and my body so it’s not really anyone else’s business. I trust my doctor, Dr Raghavan, completely and would never go anywhere else. I can’t wait to see the results!"

Instagram)The mum-of-five, who performed over the festive holidays in panto at Northwich Memorial Court, near Chester with her best pal Katie Price portraying the wicked stepsisters in Cinderella, revealed last September that she was planning a makeover.
She said at the time that Katie, who has had six facelifts to date, had inspired her to take the plunge: "I’m so excited to say that I’m heading for a consultation for a lower facelift at Pall Mall Medical! After seeing Katie Price and how amazing she looks after her facelift, it has inspired me to do the same," Kerry said.
The 44-year-old added: "I’ve really been noticing the skin around my neck recently and I just want everything lifted." Admitting there is an element of fear, she added, "Don’t get me wrong, I’m s*****g myself to do it, but I always get like that with procedures - I know it will be worth it."
On her friend's help, the star - who has also had four boob jobs - continued: "Katie is going to come to stay with me when I get it done for moral support, which I really appreciate. She'd had the procedure done before, so she knows what I’ll be going through and will be able to ease my nerves and anxiety, while helping during my recovery too."
Kerry and Katie, who became firm friends when they appeared together on the third series of I'm A Celebrity (Katie finishing in fifth place, while Kerry became Queen of the jungle), spent much of the holiday season together - Katie by Kerry's side following her heartbreaking split, and were seen out on the town together recently.
