Kevin Underwood died by lethal injection in Oklahoma on Thursday in the nation's 25th and final execution of the year.
Underwood was accused of intending to eat a 10-year-old girl he killed in 2006. He was pronounced dead at 10:14 a.m. local time at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, a state Department of Corrections spokesperson said.
