Over the years, more than 20 different women have accused Donald Trump of sexual misconduct and sexual assault dating back to the 1980s. So, in Riverdale star Lili Reinhart‘s reaction to the news he’d been reelected, she made sure to bring these accusations back to light.

“I cannot fathom the feeling of the women who came forward about their sexual assault at the hands of Trump. Seeing millions of people vote for their abuser,” the actress wrote on X.

“My heart absolutely breaks for these women,” she continued. “I believe you, and I am so sorry.”

In her replies, Trump supporters have gone after her comments, even questioning the alleged victims themselves.

“Convenient timing for them to come forth don’t you think?” wrote one user. “Let’s lighten the mood with a funny though. Why do women use the restroom together? So one can hold the mirror while the other practices her victim face! 😂🤣😂🤣”

If you’re not laughing like us, you might be happy to know Reinhart didn’t back down and replied to the hater. “You are so vile. Never been loved by a woman, huh?” she wrote back.

Another user wrote simply, “Unfollowing you.” For Reinhart, having a Trump supporter who doesn’t believe in his alleged victims is a relief. “Bye!!!” she wrote, mirroring Christina Applegate’s same message. “Never come back!!”

Luckily for Reinhart, some other users, women or not, agree with her.

“The courage it takes for survivors to speak out is immense, and their experiences should never be dismissed,” wrote one user. “I’m disappointed how many men didn’t think about their girlfriend, sister, or mother when they marked that ballot,” echoed another.

As a reminder, one of the women who accused Trump is sexual assault is journalist E. Jean Carroll. In May 2023, a New York jury found Trump guilty of sexually abusing her in a department store changing room 28 years ago, The Guardian reported. She was awarded $5 million in damages, including $2 million on the sexual abuse count and close to $3 million for defamation.

Following Trump’s reelection to become the 47th President of the United States. Carroll spoke out in a short but telling statement. “I tried to tell you,” wrote Carroll in a heart-wrenching post on X.
