The drama surrounding Scott Thomas' unexpected departure from Love Island will finally be broadcast on ITV2 tonight, with a preview hinting at one islander feeling overwhelmed with guilt.
The previous episode concluded with a suspenseful moment as the male contestants chose their next partners, while off-screen it emerged that crowd-pleaser Scott had opted to exit the series after the intense scenes were shot.
Tonight's gripping instalment will showcase the impact of Scott's choice on Tina Stinnes, who faces a heated confrontation with other islanders. The tension escalates following a conversation between Gabby Allen and Tina about her true feelings regarding her recent pairing with Scott.
Tina confesses: "I always have a little doubt that what happened last time is gonna happen again..." To which Gabby responds: "I just feel like you deserve more than what he's able to give you... I don't want you to waste any more time on waiting for him to decide whether you're the one or not, you're too special."
Later, during a heart-to-heart with Scott, Tina seeks clarity, asking: "If there's something missing, I think I just need to know whether there is progression in this?" Scott admits his hesitation, replying: "Something is holding me back from going to the next level... I want to give you that, but I can't if I don't fully feel it. You fully deserve that."
Tina is unable to mask her disappointment, and the other girls rally around her in the dressing room. Elma doesn't hold back her thoughts about Scott, saying: "You've had two blinding birds and there's something missing for both of them, what do you want? Is no-one gonna tell him [Scott] cause I will..."
When Scott overhears Elma, he confronts her, saying: "Elma, come and tell me..." The disagreement over his recent decision causes a rift among the Islanders as they pick sides, reports the Mirror.
They revisit their conversation the next day when Elma confesses she feels "riddled with guilt" after being part of sending home Kaz, Montel, and Nas, in hopes that it might benefit Scott and Tina's relationship. As the day progresses, Scott comes to a conclusion.
He first shares his thoughts with Luca, who says he "trusts him the most", then addresses everyone at the firepit to announce his decision. Scott says: "I don't want this to be sad because I've had the best time ever, but I've made the decision to leave and I think it's the right time. I don't want everyone to be sad, I'm in a good place about it".
Scott's journey in the villa has been far from smooth. He was initially paired with India Reynolds until Tina made an entrance and chose to 'steal him', which resulted in India being sent home promptly, leaving viewers with heavy hearts.
In a chat with host Maya Jama post-exit, India shared that her experience on Love Island: All Stars was like "a rollercoaster but a really good laugh".
India and Scott's previous altercation in the villa came to light after she labelled him as the "most calculated" during a game of Truth or Dare, which led Scott to admit that her comment had given him the "ick"—a slang term for a sudden aversion to someone.

Before India's departure, Scott reassured her with heartfelt words: "Everything that I've done with you has been genuine. I've loved getting to know you. You're not an ick. You know you're beautiful. You know I think so highly of you."
Tina and Scott, who both featured in series two of the original show, did not become an item back then, as Scott was matched with Kady McDermott.
However, upon returning as an All Star, Tina expressed that there was unfinished business between them, and she quickly paired up with the Manchester-born hunk.
