On Thursday morning, Luigi appeared at the Blair County Courthouse in Hollidaysburg, Pennsylvania, for his extradition hearing with a new look. Bivens confirmed to Newsweek in an email that Mangione got a haircut on Wednesday at the barbershop inside the State Correctional Institution at Huntingdon. As for the brows? She said:

“Waxing is not available at our barber shops. They may have used the clippers, I don’t know.”
