Still Something? Chris Martin Says THIS About Dakota Johnson Amid Breakup Rumors!

Sounds like Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson have taken a turn in their relationship issues?

While being interviewed for his Rolling Stone cover story which dropped Friday, the Coldplay frontman indirectly addressed those split rumors that have been following him and his longterm partner. The Yellow singer took a moment to list off some of his best friends, including his bandmates, his manager, and his kids — Apple, 20, and Moses, 18. And in the middle of it all, he name-dropped his gal:

“Phil [Harvey], Dakota, Jonny [Buckland], Will [Champion] and Guy [Berryman], my kids.”

Aww!

We mean… If they are broken up, that’s a really mature thing to say.

The publication did, however, report that Chris isn’t interested in talking about his relationship. He and the 50 Shades of Grey star have kept their romance locked up ever since it started back in 2017, and it doesn’t look like that’s changing anytime soon:

“It is important to say that [romantic love] is such a big factor in everything, even though it feels right to keep it precious and private; I’m not denying its power.”

The singer’s relationship has been under a lot of speculation as of late, especially after Dakota ditched her ring and started hanging out with his other ex Jennifer Lawrence. It was looking pretty bleak there for a while, but maybe this is a sign things are at least getting better between the two? Or at least that it’s an amicable breakup?
