Macaulay Culkin has been cast to star in Fallout Season 2, according to reports.
The popular sci-fi show was a huge hit with fans after hitting screens earlier this year having been adapted for screens from the game of the same name. Macauley is said to have been added to the cast for next season to play a character who is a slightly insane genius.
Season two of the show - which stars Ella Purnell in the lead role of Lucy and Walton Goggins as cowboy Cooper Howard - was given the go-ahead in April after the debut season was a huge hit with fans who called it the "best show of 2024." The show was nominated for a whopping 16 Emmy's winning the award for Outstanding Music Supervision.
Now Macauley will add another layer to the series as a regular playing a long running character according to insider sources at Deadline. No further information has been given about his role just yet but it is bound to be a gritty one based on the premise of the whole show.

Prime Video)Fallout is set in a post nuclear war setting after the US and China go head to head deploying terrifying weapons. All survivors of the attacks are hidden away in nuclear fallout bunkers called Vaults and don't ever go outside into what is left of their world.
Lucy however, grows curious about what remains outside and sneaks off to explore what is left of the world. But she finds dangerous wasteland awaits her on the outside, and many unsavoury characters who have been left determined to survive and thrive no matter what it takes.
When she rushes back to her home underground Lucy finds that her father Hank has been abducted and is forced back out into the wastelands to try and find him to safely bring him home. Which is easier said than done with the harsh world she faces on the outside.
Prior to his Fallout casting Macaulay featured in the tenth season of American Horror Story. He is also set to embark on a tour this November based on his iconic Christmas Movie Home Alone.
Released in 1990 for the first time, Home Alone and Home Alone 2, made way for a popular Christmas franchise to take the world by storm. Four other films were released following the original movies, with different actors in the lead role. But Macaulay doesn't appear opposed to returning to Home Alone.
Back in September, it was revealed by The Sun he would be hosting a US-wide tour called Home Alone: A Nostalgic Night. Presenter Carson Daly revealed all the details, teasing the tour would begin in November and will visit states such as Ohio and Illinois. Macaulay then shared the news with his Instagram followers, with many demanding him to visit more states.
