Mauricio Umansky dumped by actress Nikita Kahn just a week before kissing model Klaudia K: I know what I ‘deserve’

Mauricio Umansky moves on quickly.

The Agency founder was newly out of a breakup with actress Nikita Kahn when he was spotted making out with model Klaudia K earlier this week, Page Six has exclusively learned.

The Ukrainian beauty — who started dating Umansky last July and went on romantic trips with him to Mexico that summer — confirmed to us that she and the real estate mogul called it quits “just last week.”

Kahn, 33, tells Page Six exclusively she dumped Umansky, 54, because they were on different pages.

“I wanted a committed, serious relationship, but he’s not ready for that right now,” she says. “I left because I know what I want and deserve.”

Kahn adds that “it’s not easy to see” her recent ex already kissing another woman, referring to his PDA-packed date on Tuesday night with Klaudia outside of sushi restaurant Matsuhisa in Aspen, Colo.

She notes, however, “I’ve accepted that we’re on different paths now. I wish him the best, and I’m focused on moving forward and staying true to what I want in life.”

Page Six has reached out to Umansky and his rep for comment but did not immediately hear back.

A source told Us Weekly on Wednesday, though, that the “Buying Beverly Hills” alum’s fling with Klaudia, 33, is “not serious,” adding, “He is dating around and is having fun.

“He’s a happy-go-lucky kind of guy and can’t sit still when it comes to dating and traveling right now. He likes his freedom. Mauricio doesn’t want anything serious.”

Umansky has seemingly been enjoying playing the field since 2023 when he and Kyle Richards decided to separate after 27 years of marriage.

Aside from Kahn and Klaudia, he once went on a date with 32-year-old influencer Alexandria Wolfe and was spotted holding hands with his former “Dancing With the Stars” partner, Emma Slater.

The businessman — who shares three daughters with Richards — also went viral when he went skiing with Anitta, 31, and LeLe Pons, 28, who were only wearing towels, last December.

He was shortly after seen partying and boozing it up with the Brazilian beauty at an Aspen hotspot.

Richards has publicly put on a brave face, stating she and her estranged spouse are “free” to date others.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hill” star, 55, has sparked romance rumors herself with country singer Morgan Wade — even though the two insist they are just “very close” friends.

On Tuesday’s episode of “RHOBH,” however, Richards admitted in a confessional interview, “Has Mo done a few things that I could have lived without that I’ve had to see on the internet? Yes, for sure.”

The Bravo star’s divorce filing plans are still on the back-burner, though.

Richards said on “Watch What Happens Live” this week, “We’re good friends. We get along really well. We live separate lives, and it just hasn’t come up. When the time comes, obviously, we will address it.”
