Meredith Marks’ recovery from her third breast reduction is going according to plan.

“I’m feeling great!” the “Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” star told Page Six exclusively at the American Ballet Theatre’s 2024 Fall Gala at Lincoln Center in New York City on Wednesday. “I’m so happy!”

Marks, 52, raved that she “can wear normal clothes” that she doesn’t have to alter “two sizes on the waist and hips from the bust.”

“It was a really wonderful experience, and I was with Dr. Rosenberg in LA, [and] he’s amazing,” she continued. “I could not be happier, quite honestly.”

Marks also told us she hopes to be able to participate in more physical activities with her “RHOSLC” co-stars, such as the zip line and rope courses she had to sit out this season.

The Bravolebrity first shared on Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast that she had to get a third surgery because of an unknown medical condition she has been dealing with for years.

“My breast tissue doesn’t stop growing!” she told us last month. “It’s wild. Seriously, I have this weird issue, and I’m hoping this is [my final reduction]. I never wanted to be that big.”

Marks said at the time that she believed the problem was “hormonal and genetic.”

“I mean, my mom started growing in her 40s and same kind of thing,” she shared. “I just was too big to start.”

The jewelry designer explained that she decided to go for the latest procedure after feeling uncomfortable with her ever-growing bust.

“That’s a whole thing. When you have to go up two sizes to accommodate your chest, nothing sits right. It’s just not good … it’s weird,” she said.

Marks added that she hopes she will not have to go under the knife for a fourth time, but she will if necessary.
