Rebekah Vardy, 42, has given I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Dean McCullough, 32, a new nickname based on a wild moment in the show.
Rebekah, 42, who went on the show herself in 2017, wrote a scathing review of Dean’s dramatic reactions to the trials he’s attempted. In his first trial, the Sinister Sarcophagus, the BBC Radio 1 presenter quickly decided to quit after winning only two stars. He was then voted to do another trial, Drown in the Dumps, with fellow contestant GK Barry, but the duo failed to win any stars at all.
“Oh, Dean, I really hoped that he would succeed last night because I didn't really want to have to talk to him again, and I feel a bit bad. I have to say, I'm not surprised at all that he's been chosen to do another trial,” Rebekah wrote in The Sun, before going on to give him a new nickname.
“The public have found their weak link in Dean - or teabag Dean as I'll now call him - and they are really testing him to see whether he will crack,” she added. Rebekah was likely referring to a shocking moment in the camp, in which Dean seemed to divulge that he’d broken the rules of the show and smuggled in tea bags.

Dec spoke about the shocking admission, and confirmed that Dean could definitely expect to be punished for sneaking home comforts into the jungle.
Continuing her rant about Dean, Rebekah added: “I know the trial with Grace was really tough, but his screaming made me wanna scream too. And not with him, but at him. Come on, just get a grip and get on with it! The hunger is really gonna start kicking in soon and, if Dean messes up Lethal Lab, I think the campmates might actually put him in the pot for dinner.”
The outspoken WAG continued: “I get that he might have been petrified doing that trial, but everyone knows full well what this show's about. You know what you're gonna have to endure when you sign up for it. What is the point in doing it if you're just gonna play chicken? It just doesn't make any sense to me.”
This isn’t the first time Rebekah has taken aim at Dean for his actions on I’m a Celeb. In the first episode of the show he chose to partner with Coleen Rooney rather than his Radio 1 colleague Melvin Odoom.
Rebekah laid into Dean for his decision to pair up with her enemy, ranting: “Dean, Dean and his cosying up to Coleen. It’s so very obvious and, believe me, it is going to get tiresome. He absolutely loves to talk about Wagatha and when he does he knows he’s going to get airtime from it,” later calling him “irritating.”
