Season 18 of Real Housewives of Orange County may have ended, but the cast continues to move forward with their lives. Jennifer Pedranti and Ryan Boyajian celebrated their engagement during the finale, and now are considering another major move. Literally.
The happy couple moved in together at the start of the season. Jennifer was apprehensive at first as to how her children would react. But it turned out to be a successful blend of the families. So far.
The yoga studio owner recently teased that she and Ryan are considering buying a new home.
Jennifer thinks it would be nice to “start somewhere fresh”
In a recent interview with Bravo’s The Daily Dish, the RHOC star revealed that she and her fiance are “talking about [moving.]”
“It’s time to either update Ryan’s home, like we want to do some remodeling or do we say, ‘Let’s start somewhere fresh?’” Jennifer shared. “The kids are divided. [My son] Eddie’s like, ‘Let’s go buy something new.’”
The Bravolebrity’s eldest son, Dawson, moved in with his father, William Pedranti. But Harrison, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic are still under one roof with Jennifer.
“Ryan and I understand everything is so expensive right now, so it’s like, are we better off to put money here?” she explained. “So for now, it’s either putting some renovations in Ryan’s [house] or looking [for a new house], but we have not even started looking.”
Perhaps it was the issue of ownership. There was an adjustment. Jennifer and her children had a hard time feeling at home at first. But now, everyone has their own space and routine.
“It took a minute to settle in [to Ryan’s house],” she added. “There were times when I kind of thought, ‘What did we do?’ Because it was too much for Ryan. I felt like I was riding the kids about things I didn’t used to ride the kids about. Now, I can say I think it’s home for everyone. Like we all feel home. We all have our routine, we all have space, we feel settled. And I have to say, that’s a priceless feeling.”
Maybe a fresh start is indeed in order. Until then, Jennifer is enjoying the stability.
