Good for you.

Benny Blanco proposed to girlfriend Selena Gomez after one year of dating with an eye-popping sparkler with a special significance.

The Rare Beauty founder, 32, flashed her marquise diamond engagement ring in an exuberant post on Instagram Wednesday night with the caption, “forever begins now..,” giving a close-up look at the bling.

Celebrity friends flocked to Gomez’s Instagram comments to express their excitement and fawn over the ring — including BFF Taylor Swift, who offered to serve as the flower girl at the pair’s nuptials.

The music producer, 36, chose the rare center stone in an apparent reference to a lyric from her 2015 hit song “Good For You.”

“I’m on my marquise diamonds / I’m a marquise diamond,” Gomez purrs in the sultry song, quipping in the next line, “Could even make that Tiffany jealous.”

Fans were quick to call out the reference, with one tweeting, “stop did he get her a marquise diamond in honor of their song?? oh Benny the standard you’re setting is too high” and another writing, “Selena’s ring is a stunning sweet gesture.

A third said, “He is so cute for this 🧿” while another mused, “they don’t write prophecies this good.”

The center stone’s shape — an elongated oval with sharp points on both ends — also has a romantic and storied history that dates back to King Luis XV, who commissioned a stone fashioned in the shape of his lover Marquise de Pompadour’s lips.

“Selena Gomez’s engagement ring is fitting for a talent as rare as hers given less than 5% of diamonds are marquise,” Jared Jewelers VP of Merchandising Ann Grimmett tells Page Six Style.

“The shape represents that what’s old is new again, with a history dating back to the 18th century, but also represents the trend to elongated fancies that we have seen growing rapidly over the past few years.”

Experts tell Page Six Style that the rock appears to weigh in around 8 carats and could be worth $250,000. selenagomez/Instagram

Diamond Pro CEO Mike Fried adds that the size of the stone adds to its mystique.

“Selena Gomez’s ring is exceptionally unique,” he tells us. “A high-quality marquise diamond in this carat weight is very rare, thus creating an enormous price tag. This ring shows that Selena has a strong sense of her own style, and doesn’t mind bending from the norm.”

Both experts tell us that the rock is likely close to 8 carats and worth around $250,000.

Scarcity seems to be important to Gomez; she named her makeup company Rare Beauty, in a nod to her 2020 studio album of the same name.

The titular single includes the lyrics, “I don’t have it all / I’m not claiming to / But I know that I’m special (So special), yeah / And I’ll bet there’s somebody else out there / To tell me I’m rare / To make me feel rare.”

And the sentiment was so special, Gomez even got the word tattooed on her neck.

Another standout “Rare” track is titled “Ring.” Clearly, the “Emilia Pérez” actress is a pro at manifestation.
