Lenny Hochstein and Katharina Mazepa are officially soulmates (for now). Lenny’s split from his now ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, played out on Real Housewives of Miami during Seasons 5 and 6. Katharina appeared on his arm at some point in between.
But Lenny and Katharina have journeyed down a rocky, Rolls Royce-laden road. Lenny first proposed to Katharina in July 2023. One year later, they called off their engagement. But several weeks ago, Katharina was spotted on his arm at his annual Halloween party, immediately igniting rumors of a possible reconciliation.
Scratch the word “possible.” The rumors are true. Lenny has just taken to his Instagram account, revealing that, from here on out, Katharina’s plastic surgery sessions would be on him, as she is now his fiancée, yet again.

Ah, (non)young love. Yesterday, in the comfort of their home, in front of Katharina’s close friends, Lenny proposed to his newest leading lady for a second time. Katharina (obliviously) said yes.
And then, Lenny went online to share his announcement with the tired masses. In his statement, Lenny penned, “Sometimes life gives you a second chance[,] and you realize what truly matters. After everything we’ve been through, I knew I would never let her go again. Here’s to a love that’s worth fighting for, stronger than ever, and a future we’ll build together.”
Cute.
Page Six then reached out to Lenny for an additional quote, and Lenny delivered, stressing, “I am beyond grateful for this second chance at love with the woman of my dreams. Love has a way of finding its way back to where it belongs, and if I have learned anything, it is that Katharina belongs in my arms forever.”
Lenny continued, explaining how this night transpired. “That is why this past weekend, in our home and in front of her best friends, I asked for her hand in marriage. We then continued to celebrate and dance all night here at the house with her loved ones,” he ended, pleased as punch with his newly acquired, permanent piece of arm candy.
