Snoop Dogg admits he regularly listens to "Real Muthaphuckkin G's," the diss track from Eazy-E, Dresta and B.G. Knocc Out, directed at him and Dr. Dre.
During his appearance on the 500th episode of The Bootleg Kev Podcast, Snoop was asked about good diss tracks aimed at him, to which the 53-year-old was quick to bring up how "Real Muthaphuckkin G's" can be heard through the halls around the same time every day from the studio where radio station Cadillacc Music is recorded.
"And that shit be knocking and you hear me singing it," Snoop confessed before reciting the line: "Motherfuck Dre, motherfuck Snoop, motherfuck Death Row."
With a smile, Snoop acknowledged that Eazy was "on my head," while also praising the beat, saying, "That shit so hard." The multi-hyphenate immediately denied feeling the same way when he first heard the song. "Fuck nah! Fuck them n****s," Snoop fired back.
"We was busting 'em upside the head, but when they dropped that motherfucker, we felt that one," he admitted. "Like, the other shit, we didn't—but that motherfucker right there—'cause Eazy was going in on a n***a."
Snoop said he was initially confused why Eazy was "going so hard on me," but eventually realized that he was merely returning the favor after all the songs directed at the late rapper, which included the track "Dre Day."
