LOVE ISLAND beauty Maura Higgins has thrown herself into life in the I'm A Celebrity jungle, and even spent her birthday cleaning the dunny in the camp.
The Irish stunner, 34, recently confirmed that she is single, putting an end to speculation that she was dating Strictly Come Dancing's Pete Wicks.
And the star has really turned up the heat in Australia, by showing off her toned figure as she took an outside shower.
Despite the freezing temperature of the water, Maura looked sizzling as she washed in the famous waterfall.
Maura opted to wear a small black bikini with flower embellishments for her I'm A Celeb 'shower scene'.
The stunning snaps will have likely left many wondering how the bombshell maintains such a gorgeous figure.
Here, Fabulous takes a look at the three steps Maura uses to make sure she always looks incredible in a bikini.
Pilates And Yoga
Maura has revealed that she became obsessed with exercise during lockdown, but now has a more relaxed routine, which helps her to stay toned whilst keeping healthy.
When asked by a fan previously about her enviable fitness regime on Instagram, she replied: "For me workouts vary depending on how I'm feeling that day. I mix between weight training, yoga & pilates."
She added: "Its definitely about balance and consistency & remember it's not a race, don't compare your journey to anyone else's."
Maura previously revealed that she started exercising during the first lockdown and like many people turned to Joe Wicks' online videos for help - but admits she became obsessed with it.
"I'm not working out as much as I was, I ended up losing too much weight", she told Mail Online.

'I'm not doing it as much, once, twice a week max."
Balanced Diet
Maura may have chowed down on a goat’s testicle, cow teats and bull’s penis, in this year's first I'm A Celeb eating challenge, but her diet outside of the jungle is very different.
The reality star revealed that the secret to her flat stomach is having a balanced diet.
She said: "At the weekends I eat what I want and during the week I obviously try my best to eat healthier foods."
The star enjoys healthy meals such as eggs and avocado during the week, and treats herself to Dominoes and McDonalds at the weekends.
Personal Trainer Sister
Maura revealed that her sister Louise is a personal trainer and has taught her a lot about how to stay fit and healthy.
During an Instagram Q&A, Maura was previously asked by a fan: "Do you have a PT or what programme do you do to keep so slim?"
"This question has actually come in the most which I'm pretty shocked about to be honest," she replied.
"I'm not a nutritionist or anything like that but I do have a good enough diet and stay as clean as possible, but then I still have whatever I want.
"Lots of you are talking about abs which is a funny one really because we all actually have abs, it's just the body fat obviously is covering our abs."
She added that certain "foods store belly fat" and credited her sister for teaching her about diet and fitness.
