Hollywood agent and MTV producer Michael Carlton 'Cal' Boyington has sadly been found dead at home aged just 53.
He was known for his work on The Osbournes alongside Sharon and Ozzy, along with working on the show Workaholics.
Variety reports that Cal was found unresponsive at his Los Angeles home on Monday (November 18). His cause of death is not yet known, according to his brother B.G. Dickey.
In an emotional obituary, Cal was branded the "life of every party". It reads: "Known for his boundless energy, magnetic personality, and zest for life, Cal was truly the life of every party.
"He possessed an extraordinary ability to light up a room and bring joy to everyone he met. Those who knew Cal would attest to his unwavering passion for living each day to its fullest."

The Hollywood Reporter claims: "A medical examiner asserted the cause was probably a heart attack, but officials won’t know definitively until the completion of toxicology tests."
Along with producing TV, Cal was an unscripted talent agent at ICM Partners, and the head of alternative programming at Paradigm Talent Agency. In 2020 he founded his own TV talent firm, the Vital Artists Agency, alongside Phil Irven and April Yuan.
The founding partners went their separate ways in 2023, with Cal taking sole ownership of the firm. The company said in a statement: "The split was amicable and that all parties herein remain solely focused on their clients and the bright future ahead."

Cal was best known for his work on The Osbournes – one of the highest-rated series in MTV's history. It had 7.2million viewers during its last ever episode in 2005, and followed Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack on their adventures.
The programme also tackled more serious issues, including Sharon's battle with cancer and Ozzy's near-fatal quad bike crash.
The Osbournes endeared viewers to their chaotic family life with their adorable dogs – with Cal helping to cement their place in reality show history.
