‘The View’ co-hosts get into heated argument mid-show, Whoopi Goldberg steps in to scold them

Whoopi Goldberg scolded her “View” co-hosts for talking over one another during a heated on-air argument during Wednesday’s episode.

Sunny Hostin claimed that wealthy families are the ones who benefit from school voucher tax credits on the ABC show, prompting Alyssa Farah to ferociously jump in to share her own viewpoint.

“What happens with vouchers, the studies show very clearly, that they fund students that are already attending private schools, so people with money get those vouchers, use those vouchers to pay less for their private schools, and their kids go on to do well,” Hostin, an outspoken liberal, claimed of the vouchers that are supposed to help children from lower-income households.

“Where do you get the money for those vouchers? You pull the money from those poor schools,” Hostin continued.

Farah, a former Donald Trump staffer who ended up endorsing Kamala Harris in the 2024 presidential race, attempted to interrupt Hostin multiple times but to no avail.

“Let me get in just to make it a conversation,” Farah said, before being shut down by Hostin.

The freeze-out then inspired Farah to announce that she herself had attended public school while Hostin went to private school.

Still, Hostin continued to loudly rattle off statistics to back up her claim and talk over Hostin — which was apparently the last straw for Goldberg.

“Nobody can figure out what’s being said here right now,” Goldberg shouted impatiently.

The “Sister Act” actress explained that the show needed to take a commercial break because “no one can hear what anyone’s saying.”

Meanwhile, co-hosts Joy Behar and Sara Haines seemingly stayed out of the line of fire as the fight unfolded.

“We’ll be right back,” Goldberg said, cutting the firey exchange short.

The on-air outburst inspired viewers to flock to social media to discuss the politically charged back-and-forth — with Farah seemingly facing the most backlash.

“Joy, Whoopi and Sunny giving Alyssa the good ole Megan McCain special today 😂 #TheView,” one person wrote on X, referring to the former “View” star who exited the show in 2021, shortly after she faced criticism for comparing the media attention she receives to that of Meghan Markle.

“And Whoopi was NOT having it. I haven’t seen Whoopi this angry since Meghan was on the show #TheView,” a second person agreed.

“Alyssa didn’t like the facts that Sunny was saying #TheView,” a third netizen chimed in.

“Now that her guy has won the election Alyssa thinks she can bully now. Whoopi and Sunny will eat her for lunch,” another added.

“Why does @Alyssafarah think she has the right to interrupt Sunny?!?! She gives a monologue daily. Somebody at that table needs to check her. She is gross. #TheView,” another added.
