Timothée Chalamet has shared the stream of expletives Saoirse Ronan said to him on the set of Greta Gerwig's Little Women.
The duo came together at BFI Southbank for Vanity Fair's 'reunited' interview series, which brings together stars who have previously worked with each other.
Ronan and Chalamet have been central to two Gerwig productions; Lady Bird in 2018 and Little Women in 2019. Reflecting on their shared growth in the industry, the pair recalled being fond of one another during both films, with Ronan revealing she was drawn to her co-star's "European flair."
While discussing their on-set relationship, the Dune star delved into a behind-the-scenes moment with the Irish actress that he "loves."

The 28-year-old continued: "I remember on Little Women, Beautiful Boy was coming out at that time and it was basically like the second 'biggish' movie that I was in and I was having a hard time getting people on the phone to help me figure out my schedule - where I was gonna go. I wanted a regional tour and [to] visit places in the states affected by that story, so the intent was pure.
"But I was in my trailer and I could only get a call at a certain time and my hair and make-up was quick on that movie, it was like 10 minutes. So I guess I was supposed to be in the chair at a certain time and I wasn't. But I was on the phone trying to do this thing and I get this bang on my trailer door, like really intensely. I was thinking someone died, and I open the door and it's Saoirse in a bald cap, do you remember this?"
Ronan replied: "Yep!"
Chalamet went on to reveal his co-star's stern words: "Get your a** in the f***** trailer right now they're waiting for you in hair and makeup" before adding: "And I always just love that memory."
The Irish actress then quipped: "And are you on time now?" "I'm on time all the time," Chalamet replied.

Ronan recently starred in The Outrun, based on journalist Amy Liptrot's memoir, of the same name. Meanwhile Chalamet plays Bob Dylan in A Complete Unknown, an upcoming biopic about the music legend's early years.
Ronan praised the forthcoming film highly, telling audiences "For anyone who hasn't seen it, it's so brilliantly done, I was watching it and I was like I've forgotten that I'm watching you [Chalamet] but it didn't feel like I was watching a movie about Bob Dylan.
"I felt like I was watching this, you know, a man who knew his own mind but he was still open to the world around him and it sounded like this voice that I've grown up listening to but also you'd added so much of yourself to it. It was so beautiful."
Visibly stunned by the actress' review, Chalamet gushed: "To hear my sister, in many ways, commend that [the film] is really moving to me."
A Complete Unknown lands in UK cinemas on January 17
