Travis Kelce's ex-girlfriend and Taylor Swift might have found some common ground as Kayla Nicole slams the United States' electorate after they decided to vote Donald Trump into the White House from 2025.
The Republicans managed to defeat the Kamala Harris-Tim Walz Democratic ticket by an extraordinary margin, winning the popular vote by nearly four million people and claiming the electoral college by a margin of 75.
In theory, it should hand the party control of the presidency, House of Representatives, the Senate and the Supreme Court in a damning indictment of left-wing politics that has essentially handed Trump full control of the USA until 2029.
And that has led to a lot of anger and grief across the nation from some minority groups such as black people as well as the LGBTQ+ community and women who do not want to have children due to the policies of the 78-year-old, and Nicole shares that rage.
"If you're a convicted felon, you're not even allowed to work as a teacher, a pilot, or a healthcare official," Nicole said via Instagram. "You're not allowed to work in law enforcement.
"But, you can run the United States of America how ever you want if it makes America great again. Bunch of f***ing clowns."
When will Trump be sentenced?
According to the laws of the United States, a convicted felon cannot vote in 38 states whilst incarcerated, but they do generally regain that right upon being released with 10 states denying instant enfranchisement.
So if Trump's sentencing for his 34 felony counts saw him head to jail in New York, he would not have been able to vote in the election despite being the Republican's chosen candidate for the Oval Office.
But Trump is not a convicted felon, despite frequent media confusion and misstatements suggesting otherwise. While Trump faces multiple indictments and ongoing legal battles, ranging from fraud cases in New York to federal charges related to his handling of classified documents and the events surrounding January 6, none have resulted in a felony conviction to date.
