TV star, 39, denies 65-year-old hubby's eye-watering net worth is reason she's with him

Bronwyn Newport made her arrival known when she joined The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City this season. The fashionista may be a Bravo newbie, but she’s no stranger to this lavish Housewives life.

Thirty-nine-year-old Bronwyn is defending her marriage this year. She and her husband, Todd Bradley, 65, are putting their relationship on show for the world to see on The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. If their age gap wasn’t raising eyebrows, then Todd’s net worth certainly has fans’ ears pricking up.

Todd Bradley is a serious businessman

Bronwyn says a “low blow” is fired her way during RHOSLC when Britani Bateman asks if she is “attracted” to her 65-year-old husband.

Bronwyn fires back with a question: “Because he has money or because of the age difference?”

“He is very serious, he is all business, he is very cutthroat but he’s not like that with me…”, the RHOSLC newcomer explains during the Aftershow.

Todd has accumulated millions over of the course of his career, working in the tech and finance industries.

He’s worked for some big names in his time including Hewlett-Packard, and PALM, per his LinkedIn.

For Todd, Bronwyn, and her daughter, Gwen, it’s the family’s first time on reality TV.

By the looks of things, Real Housewives stardom has been no joke for Todd.

“I think Todd is very surprised by the depth of how low we go with each other and the things that are said and how we seem to rebound or not…”, Bronwyn explains. Has he seen the show before?!

It seems Todd is very conscious of who his wife is spending time with after a fall-out of epic proportions plays out during a trip on RHOSLC.

“Todd has a tendency to look at companies he’s investing as like numbers, and results and whatever and I always say to him ‘well, do you want to work with them?’ and he’s turned that back around on me and said ‘I know you don’t feel accepted by this group of women and you’re working really hard to be. Do you accept them? Do you want to be accepted by this group if this is how they treat you?”, Bronwyn says.

It's clear from this season that Bronwyn understands the assignment of being a Housewife, but based off the the Palm Springs trip & this scene, it's clear Todd has never watched an episode of the Real Housewives ever #RHOSLC pic.twitter.com/3KvHh5WaiQ

Todd’s eye-watering net worth

As well as breaking into the reality TV world, Todd works part-time as a Board Member at CommVault these days. He has an estimated $24 million per Benzinga.

When it comes to dealing with professional and personal matters, it seems he and Bronwyn have made huge progress.

She explains: “Todd loves me as much as Todd can love somebody.

“He has really made big changes. Gwen and I, we are not business associates, we are not a portfolio company, we are not his administrative assistants, he has to speak to us in a non-business way… He is a teddy bear. You have to make him feel comfortable enough to be that person…”

Todd and Bronwyn got married eight years ago and surprised everyone when they said they don’t have a prenup.

During season 5, Bronwyn is called a “golddigger” and Heather Gay suggests “You can’t marry for love if you’re smart and driven.”

However, Bronwyn tells the group: “…Todd and I are genuinely in a real relationship that does include a physical attraction, it includes a mental attraction, and it includes best friendship… And I wouldn’t take Todd to the cleaners, which is why we don’t have a prenup.”

She adds: “Todd is such a savvy businessman, that do you think my snarky lame a** hoodwinked him?” per Bravo TV.
