Victoria Beckham has set the record straight about her strict diet with a frank revelation.
The mum-of-four, 50, first gave up meat when she was only eight - and now follows a precise set of guidelines to ensure her skin is always at its best. Victoria addressed the topic after her husband, David Beckham, previously revealed that she has been eating the same thing for 25 years.
Among the fashion designer's eating rules are avoiding certain wheats and flours while having plenty of fish and vegetables. The only flour Victoria has is cassava, she revealed, adding that she began changing her food habits in her 20s because she was self-conscious about her acne.

She also said she used to cook when the family lived in Spain after David signed for Real Madrid in 2003, but no longer does it after being told by her daughter Harper Seven that she "can burn water". She added: "So it's probably better for everyone that I don't."
It comes after Victoria's husband David revealed she "rarely deviates" from her strict diet of grilled fish and steamed vegetables. He also mentioned that the former Spice Girls singer is highly disciplined with her eating habits and has stuck to this routine for years.
Speaking on the River Café Table 4 podcast in 2022, David discussed his fondness for extravagant meals, unlike his wife's commitment to a more simple and unexciting diet plan. He explained: "I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years. Since I met her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will very rarely deviate from that."
David also revealed his wife isn't always keen on sharing her meals, stating: "The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing. It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since."
In response to her husband's comments, Victoria previously shared that her strict eating routine is what helps her stay in shape. "This is how I look. I'm going to make the best of it, work hard at it," she told Grazia magazine. "I'm very disciplined with the way that I eat, the way that I work out and the way I work. That's just who I am."
She also added that her meals aren't as plain as they sound and joked that her husband is probably shocked by her diet because he's never met anyone like her. "I mean, talk about making me sound boring," she told Vogue Australia in 2022. "No. What he meant is that he's never met anyone who is more disciplined with the way that they eat."
