Season 1 of The Wranglers follows a group of wranglers vying for the position of head wrangler at Circle Bar Ranch, and Carson Rapsilver is among the contenders. Who is Carson and what has he said about his job as a wrangler.
Who Is ‘The Wranglers’ Star Carson Rapsilver?
Carson – who is the son of a pastor – made his reality TV debut during season 1 of The Wranglers, and he made his case about why he believed he should be head wrangler during the series premiere on September 23, 2024.
“I think it’s a given that I should be head wrangler. I put my blood, sweat and tears in this ranch and I’m very confident in my knowledge and my skills and I know that I am qualified for this position,” he said in a confessional. “I’m not your typical stoic cowboy. I like to have a good time. I like to joke around. I like to make friends.”
It was announced in episode 2 that Veronica would become head wrangler and Carson was named her assistant head wrangler.
‘The Wranglers’ Star Carson Is Interested in Costar Gabby
Carson expressed his romantic interest in his cast member Gabby, who is also a wrangler on the ranch. “Gabby is interesting. I think she is a really pretty girl. She seems like a cool chick and very intriguing,” Carson told the cameras.
It seems the feelings are reciprocated, as Gabby said that she thinks Carson is “good looking” and is “making her feel at home” on the ranch. When Carson was asked by a producer if he was “crushing” on Gabby, he coyly responded “maybe.”
‘The Wranglers’ Star Carson Aspires to Own His Own Ranch
Carson revealed that he aspires to own his own ranch in the future while explaining why he wanted to be head wrangler. “Everything I want to do with head wrangler is I want my team in my hands to be some of the best, most efficient, most knowledgeable workers in the dude ranch industry,” he said.
The reality star added that he was one of the best wranglers with horses, while he also got along with everyone at the ranch.
What Is ‘The Wranglers’ About?
The Wranglers “follows the lives of young staff members working at the Circle Bar Dude ranch in Montana. In this cowboy paradise, guests escape their fast-paced lives and experience the true American West. The staff members of the dude ranch, also known as ‘wranglers,’ work tirelessly to cater to the needs of their demanding clients while also juggling their personal lives and the inherent drama that comes from living and working with a group of attractive and independent cowboys and cowgirls,” according to the show’s synopsis. “The staff has a ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality; these co-eds are responsible professionals by day but retreat back to their 20-something-year-old selves and lose all inhibitions by night.”
“It’s a tricky balance as the wranglers navigate their personal and professional lives at this remote resort nestled in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the country,” according to the show’s bio.
