If you ever spot Chappell Roan at an event, her best friend Misha Spice probably isn’t far away. Not only that, the 26-year-old pop singer has been collaborating with her friend for years, as Misha is also a super talented creative designer!

Who Is Misha Spice?

Misha, whose real name is Ramisha Sattar, is a creative director and designer who specializes in “product design, collage art, printmaking, and motion graphics,” according to her website.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Design and Production from the School of Arts and Technology at the University of Texas at Dallas in 2021, and currently works as a creative director for CHANI, a personalized astrology app.

Oh, and she’s also Chappell’s creative director!

Misha is the creator of most of Chappell’s album and single designs, as well as her social media promotional artwork and merchandise.

How Long Have Chappell and Misha Been Friends?

It’s unclear when the two first became friends, but the first time Chappell appears on Misha’s Instagram page is in June 2022, where it appears Misha helped with the creative direction of her music video for “Pink Pony Club.”

During a March 2023 interview with the Daily Trojan, Chappell shouted out her BFF and constant collaborator.

“I’d also like to shout out Misha Sattar,” the “HOT TO GO!” singer gushed. “Misha is my creative director and designed all my merch. She’s just like, amazing. She’s my best friend.”

For her part, Misha also often shouts out her friend on social media — she posted a particularly sweet tribute to Chappell after the BFFs attended the MTV Video Music Awards together in September 2024. The Instagram post included two videos from the award show, including one of the besties hugging before Chappell accepts her award for Best New Artist.
