It’s not just Spotify anymore — the Wrapped phenomenon has taken over. From music and podcasts to gaming (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo, and Steam are all accounted for) and beyond, the data breakdowns of what you’ve been doing are a reminder that with so many connected devices, someone is always watching.
Once Dunkin and Shake Shack started doing roundups, the trend was cemented, and it doesn’t seem like it will turn around any time soon.
Of course, Spotify is still taking the lead. For 2024, Wrapped integrates Google’s NotebookLM to have two AI-generated podcast hosts review facts you already knew about your favorite musicians and track how your taste changed throughout the year. If you haven’t pulled up your Wrapped 2024 stats yet, here’s how you can find them.
If you have recaps to share or spot a few that we’ve missed, drop them in the comments.
Time to see your Nintendo highlights for the year.
Xbox and PlayStation year in reviews are out, so now it’s time for Nintendo. Sign in to the website and Nintendo will break down the number of games you played across how many hours and collect your most played games and when you played them.
According to my review, I spent a whopping 173 hours on just eight games. That’s a lot of Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown (and it was worth it!)

Instagram will let you recap 2024 with a collage for your story
Instagram will now let you showcase your favorite moments from 2024 by adding a collage to your story. The new feature, which is only available through the first week of January, lets you combine a bunch of pictures from throughout the year and share them with friends.
You can currently only create collage-like stories by adding a photo to your story, resizing it, moving it around the screen, and then adding more images as stickers. Instagram’s layout feature also lets you add multiple photos to a story, but they only appear in a grid format.

How to find your 2024 Spotify Wrapped
One of the more popular end-of-year items is music service recaps, and one of the best known is Spotify Wrapped. The company puts together a roundup of everything you listened to that year in various statistical formats, wrapped up (well, that’s what it’s called, right?) in bright, swirling graphics. For 2024, you’ll be shown what music categories you followed, how your listening habits changed over the year, get a list of your top 10 songs and artists, check out your top artist of the year, and even see a short video interview with one of the featured artists.
This year’s Wrapped also lets you access separate segments, such as a personalized podcast with two AI “hosts” (compliments of Google’s NotebookLM) who chat about your listening habits.

This year’s Spotify Wrapped has arrived. As you look at your stats for 2024, you’ll find a few new features you can use to interact with your data, including one that lets you listen to and share an AI-generated podcast summarizing your listening habits.
Spotify built this feature using Google’s AI note-taking tech, NotebookLM, which can generate a podcast with two AI “hosts” based on your research. Apple Music’s yearly recap is finally available in the app
Apple Music’s yearly recap is back — and this time, it’s available to see and share from directly within the app. If your iPhone runs iOS 18.1 or later, you can now access Apple Music Replay 2024 from the Home, New, and Search tabs. Otherwise, you’ll have to view your yearly stats from the Apple Replay site, as was the case previously.
