Wrestling stars Charlotte Flair and Andrade El Idolo are parting ways after almost six years together.
The WWE icons tied the knot in 2022, but it has now been confirmed that they are divorced.
Court records obtained by TMZ show Charlotte – real name Ashley Elizabeth Fliehr – actually filed to separate from her husband – real name Manuel Alfonso Andrade Oropeza – in June 2024 in Florida.
A judge then reportedly signed off on the divorce in October last year.
Charlotte, 38, and Andrade, 35, began dating in 2019 and got engaged the following year before marrying in a lavish Mexico ceremony.
The reason for their breakup remains unknown, with Charlotte having publicly praised her other half just months before filing to legally split, as he aided her recovery from a knee injury.
Andrade was Charlotte’s third husband, as she was first married to Riki Johnson from 2010 to 2013, then married Thom Latimer in 2013 before splitting in 2015.
News of the separation comes after a weekend of pure celebration for Charlotte, who triumphed in Royal Rumble 2025 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.
Following a year out of action, she defeated 29 other competitors as she returned to the ring, fully recovered from her devastating injury.
The 14-time world champion also made history with her latest success, becoming the first woman to win the match twice.
After emerging victorious in the Women’s Royal Rumble, she earned a championship opportunity at WWE WrestleMania 41, which takes place in April in Las Vegas.
Speaking afterwards, Charlotte made her intentions clear after a long-awaited comeback: ‘I know, I hear you guys, “Oh, she’s been hit or miss for two years.” I’ve been on the road since 2012 and [I’ve] been a champion every single year for nine years.
‘I took one year off. Give me a break. You will get tired of me because I’m coming for all of the gold!’
She added that she spent the last 12 months wondering, ‘Is it going to happen to me again?’, which was ‘really hard’ to process as she feared another health setback.
However, she was determined not to ‘give up’ on her loyal fans.
‘Hearing my music tonight and seeing the signs, I needed to get the first match under my belt,’ she explained.
‘Here’s the thing: I’m going to work smarter, not harder.’
