You Won't Find Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2 on Paramount+ — Here’s Where To Watch Instead

With the exciting news that Yellowstone season 5, part 2 is just around the corner on Nov. 10, there’s never been a better time to catch up on all of Yellowstone thus far in preparation for the next chapter.

But in case you’re not already watching, here’s what you need to know: Yellowstone is a Western drama series starring Kevin Costner (for the most part) as the patriarch of the Dutton family. This family saga follows the Duttons as they try to maintain the family’s landholdings in Montana. The gripping drama, which premiered in 2018, was an unexpected sleeper hit and has developed quite a cult following.

If you want to watch (or rewatch!) Yellowstone, we’ll tell you where you can stream it because truthfully, it’s more confusing than you’d think. Don’t fret — read on for our thorough guide on how to access every episode of the series that’s out right now.

Is Yellowstone on Paramount+?

No, even though Yellowstone airs on the Paramount Network, it is not on Paramount+.

While Paramount+ replaced CBS All Access in 2021, Yellowstone isn’t one of the streaming service’s shows. Confused? Even though Yellowstone airs on Paramount, you won’t find it on Paramount+. The good news is that you can still watch Yellowstone through another streaming app.

Where to Stream Yellowstone Season 5, Part 2 Without Cable

If you have cable, watch new episodes of Yellowstone on Paramount Network or CBS. If you don’t have cable, you can stream Yellowstone as it airs on Philo, Sling, DirecTV Stream, Hulu + Live TV.

Philo is the most affordable option at $28 per month but doesn’t offer a free trial and has limited channel options.

Sling starts at $40 a month but you’ll need to add the $6 Entertainment Extra package in order to watch Yellowstone.

DirecTV Stream has four package options to choose from, starting at $74.99 a month, and has far more channels available. Paramount Network is available on all four packages.

Hulu + Live TV also has a wide range of channels and starts at $82.99 a month.

Is Yellowstone on Peacock?

Yes, prior to launching their own app, Paramount cut a deal with NBC and Peacock and gained exclusive rights to Yellowstone, so you stream it all there. However, new episodes won’t be on Peacock until later.

Yellowstone can be exclusively streamed on Peacock — all four and a half seasons. But because everyone knows Yellowstone is a popular show, you can only watch the first episode on Peacock’s free version.

If you want to watch all of Yellowstone, you’ll have to subscribe to Peacock’s Premium Plan, which costs $7.99 a month. With Peacock, you’ll also be able to stream other fan-loved shows like The Office, Parks & Recreation, and Downton Abbey.

If you don’t want to add yet another streaming service to your home, you can also buy individual episodes and full seasons on Amazon up to season four.

When Do New Episodes of Yellowstone Premiere?

As for the newer episodes, season 5, part 2 will begin airing on the Paramount Network on Sunday, November 10, at 8:00 p.m. ET. CBS will also air the premiere at 10 p.m. ET.

Shortly after, the final six episodes of Yellowstone will be uploaded to their forever home on Peacock.

Where to Watch Yellowstone Prequels

Unlike Yellowstone, the show’s prequels 1883, starring Faith Hill and Tim McGraw, and 1923, starring Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren, are both available to stream on Paramount+ at any time.
