Yung Filly has been pictured arriving at court in Australia.

He was seen leaving the court house wearing a cream and white hoodie, a white t-shirt and black trousers. Filly opted to leave his hood up as he faced a hoard of local news reporters who were waiting to question him as he headed back to his chauffeur driven car outside of the Central Law Courts in Perth.

So far, the musician and social media star has not yet commented on the allegations he is facing.  The musician whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientosa faces accusations of sexual penetration without consent of a woman in her 20s at his Australian hotel in Perth on September 28 after his performance at Bar1 Nightclub in Hillarys on the evening of September 27.

He has been charged with four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault and one count of impeding a person's normal breathing or circulation by applying pressure to their neck.

Following an initial hearing on 10 October, Valencia Barrientos was granted conditional bail - where he was ordered not to mention his case via social media and instructed not to contact his accuser. Now reports have suggested Valencia Barrientos may not be allowed to leave Australia until his case comes to trial - which potentially may not happen until late 2026.

A second hearing is currently scheduled for December. Filly, 29, is currently residing in Perth for the next six months. Reports claim he may face spending two years in Australia. The MailOnline claims documents from Perth Magistrates Court has outlined the events during the night in question.

The report adds: "It now has also been revealed that the British musician will have to spend two years in Western Australia waiting for a trial by jury on eight charges in the WA District Court, which should effectively put his music career on hold." It is reported that Valencia Barrientos was a guest performer at the Bar1 Nightclub in Perth on September 27. The alleged victim, 20, was within the VIP section of the venue where she remained "until the early hours of the following day". It is then alleged that Valencia Barrientos and his accuser met after he finished his performance and as the venue was closing.

Filly's legal representative in Australia, Seamus Rafferty KC previously said: "This has already made headlines. Given the nature of social media, the nature of people jumping on bandwagons, given the nature of (the) power imbalance between the parties." His bail was granted under conditions set by Magistrate Tanya Watt. She also insisted that Filly stays in Western Australia while the investigation is ongoing and has to check in daily with police. He also had to pay a hefty £50,000 cash surety.

Ms Watt also refused the police's attempt to keep the BBC presenter in prison. Images of the woman's injuries were also provided to the magistrate. "No ordinary person can consent in those circumstances," the prosecutor said of the pictures, adding: "Across her body is a history of violent acts, … we say those photos and what is alleged is beyond the pale, beyond what could be considered to be a consensual act."
