The staged scene saw Bryan's bandmates rushing to assist Connolly, only for him to spring to life and launch into a powerful banjo solo. While this act has been a recurring highlight of Bryan's shows, the emergency responders stationed at the venue were seemingly left out of the loop, creating a moment of real panic.

As paramedics hurried towards the stage, video footage captured their reaction upon realizing the emergency was fake. "They should tell us that's part of the act!" one exasperated responder was heard saying in a TikTok clip that quickly went viral.

Fans were quick to share their thoughts on the incident. "Lol, they really should tell them," commented one concertgoer, while another remarked, "My husband panicked for a minute when he saw that!"

However, some fans speculated that the paramedics might have been in on the performance, with one suggesting, "You know the paramedics were part of the act, right?"

The staged fainting wasn't the only dramatic moment during the concert. Earlier in the night, Bryan had to halt his performance after a fan threw an object onto the stage.

Clearly upset, Bryan addressed the crowd: "Don't throw stuff at concerts, huh! If we find out who did it, they're out of here."

Bryan is currently on The Quittin' Time Tour, which began in Chicago in March and will conclude at MetLife Stadium in July.

Despite the tour's success, Bryan has had a challenging year personally. The artist recently confirmed his split from podcaster Brianna Chickenfry, describing the year as "incredibly hard."

"I thought it would be beneficial for both of us to go our separate ways," Bryan shared on Instagram, adding, "I am not perfect and never will be."

Brianna also shared her perspective, expressing feelings of being blindsided and announcing a social media hiatus to heal privately.
