Ben Affleck Gives Jennifer Lopez ‘Sentimental’ Gift for Christmas

Ben Affleck gave his estranged wife Jennifer Lopez a “sentimental” gift for Christmas, Page Six reported.

According to Page Six, Affleck, 52, bought Lopez, 55 “an autographed Marlon Brando book.”

“Ben gifted Jennifer with the book because she’s a fan, plus her Super Bowl bodysuit was inspired by Marlon Brando,” a source told Page Six.

The revelation came after both Affleck and Lopez were photographed attending a pre-Christmas lunch with some of their family members. In some of those photos, Affleck is seen carrying a bag, according to the photos published by The New York Post.

The gift exchange doesn’t mean the couple is trying to get back together; Lopez filed for divorce on August 20 after two years of marriage. Rather, according to Page Six, they are trying to keep things friendly.

“The gifts were mostly for each other’s kids, but they did exchange a few small things for each other as well,” the source told Page Six.

“It was nothing over the top, but more so a gesture to celebrate the holidays. Ben and Jennifer have remained amicable despite the ongoing divorce proceedings,” the source added to the publication.

According to DailyMail.com, the pre-Christmas lunch occurred in West Hollywood, California, at the Soho House. DailyMail.com also reported that the estranged couple exchanged Christmas gifts. Although Lopez filed for divorce in August, there has been no resolution of the action as of yet.

According to the photos published by The New York Post, Affleck and Lopez were not alone at the brunch.

Lopez’s mom and son Max are seen in the photos, and The Post reported that her other child, Emme, was also in attendance.

Lopez later posted a Christmas Eve video that showed her celebrating the holiday with multiple family members. As Lopez sat by a roaring fire in the video, her kids and other people are seen in the background, and some of them are decorating a large Christmas tree.

“Merry Christmas Eve to you and yours 🤍🎄” she wrote. There was no sign of Affleck in that video.

On Christmas Day, she posted a video showing her performing on stage and wrote on her Instagram page, “I hope everyone gets the shiny new pair of Louboutins or whatever it is your heart desires… Merry Christmas.”
